i feel like i am not vegan because yes, i have done any chickpea patties, but until this recipe, i never did the real falafel. so, there we go!
ingredients:
3/4 can of chickpeas
1/2 can of green peas
onion
garlic (1-2 pieces)
optional 1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp flour
cumin
salt and pepper
how to:
if you can work with food processor, use it, and mix everything together (you do not need to chop onion to really small pieces, you can just cut it in a half, let food processor make it instead.)
