peanut butter banana bread with chocolate chips OIL FREE + VEGAN + HEALTHY

ingredients

1 tbsp flax seeds + 3 tbsp water (=non-period egg)
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/3 cup shreded coconut
2 tsp baking powder
2 ripe bananas
2 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 cup non-dairy unsweeted mylk
1/3 bar of chocolate (or buy chocolate chips in a bag, it's tally optional.)



how to

Make a flax egg at first. Then mix dry ingredients together and let it aside. Mash bananas with a fork and mix them with your peanut butter. Mix dry and wet ingredients thoroughly. During mixing pour in mylk. At last add chocolate.
Put the batter in a baking form and bake for 40-50 minutes at 375°F (180°C).
