250ml water
100g flour
1 tsp salt
2 cloves garlic
1 tbs sriracha
1 tbs worchester sauce (sauce for meat marinade, but ingredients are fully vegan!)
1 tbs soy sauce
1/2 tsp paprica
head of 1 cauliflower
how to:
sauce:
Blend soy sauce, worchester sauce, sriracha and garlic with water in a blender. Then pour the mixture in a large bowl and add salt, paprica and flour of cource. Mix it well (you can use a whisk).
cauliflower:
Clean cauliflower in a water, make small heads of the cauliflower and encase it in your mixture.
You should bake it for about 20 to 30 minutes on 375° (180°C).
