faux-meat potato stuffed dumplings VEGAN + OIL FREE + LOW FAT + HEALTHY

ingredients:

dumplings
850g potatoes
300g wholegrain flour
salt
filling
dry soy meat
vegetable broth

~also, if you are lazy, you can buy already cooked soy meat~

how to:
At first, you will need to boil and mash your potatoes. Then add in the flour and knead it well. During the dumplings process, you can cook soy meat in a vegetable broth.
When the soy meat is cooked, drain and dry it well. You don't want to have any water in the meat. Thanks for it, you will have almost same taste like (chicken, maybe) meat.
When you have a complete doe and prepared filling, grab a little piece of doe and then fill the dumplings and wrap filling.
Cook dumplings in a boiling water for 5-10 minutes.

~dumplings were always my favorite meal. i've liked sweet dumplings, potato dumplings [just like these ;)] and i little missed them, since i went vegan. but this my own recipe totally satisfied all my cravings for dumplings~
